Transportation 

Minnetonka Christian Academy does not provide bus transportation for students. Parents/guardians are asked to drop-off and pick up student(s) in front of the school building. 

 

Certain public school districts offer transportation reimbursement to parent(s)/guardian(s) who choose to send their children to private schools outside of the school district boundaries. School enrollment and attendance verification information is submitted to each of these districts offering reimbursement. Reimbursement is based on the average cost per child, per mile for transportation of students attending schools within the boundaries of school district during the preceding school year. Reimbursement is based on a one school maximum per vehicle. Siblings attending the same school will receive a maximum of one student reimbursement.

If you quality and would like to receive reimbursement for transportation, please contact your school district and MCA ask for application form for transportation reimbursement. The form must be returned to your school district and MCA along with proof of vehicle insurance. Reimbursement checks will be mailed by the middle of July.  

Lunch

We do not provide hot lunch at school. Parent(s)/guardian(s) are asked to provide a nutritious lunch and a morning snack for their child(ren) each day.

 

Please make sure to pack daily a water bottle, utensils and napkin in your child's lunchbox. Students have access to

microwaves and one toaster. Any item heated in the microwave should be contained while heating.
