EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Our early childhood education program provides a fun, safe, Christ-centered learning environment where students can interact with others through free play, crafts, centers, Bible stories, songs and much more.

SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Children experience emotional growth as they learn to respect authority, understand the feelings of others, and develop a healthy concept of self as one uniquely created by God.

COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT

Through certified NAD teachers, students practice their language skills, develop math readiness, and are introduced to the scientific method while discovering the world around them.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

With access to a gymnasium, playground, and classroom learning centers, students will develop their gross and fine motor skills, visual and auditory perception skills and spatial awareness through work and play.

FAITH DEVELOPMENT

Each child is able to experience an understanding of Christ through morning worship, songs and daily hands on activities.

Program Offerings

PRE-K for 4-year-old's (4 & 5-years-old):  

This program emphasizes social development and readiness activities, as preparation for kindergarten and the foundation for future learning. Children experience a Christ-centered, developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, nurturing environment that are aligned with the beliefs and values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. We encourage children to become independent, self-confident and inquisitive learners; giving them the skills necessary to excel in phonics, pre-reading, and pre-writing skills. 

Program Highlights:

  • A variety of hands-on activities that promote math and language arts readiness. 

  • Age-appropriate lessons about nutrition, health habits, dental hygiene, and more.

  • Weekly enrichment classes in art, music, and physical education.

  • An emphasis in character development regarding respect for others and cooperative play.

  • Field trips throughout the school year.

  • Participate in chapel, Spirit Week and Christmas program.

Schedule Options:

  • 3-days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)

  • Pre-K 4-year-old's from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • Before care is available for Pre-K 4-year-old's from 7:40 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. 

 

Program Considerations:

  • Must be four-years -old by September 1 to enroll into Pre-K 4.

  • Must be potty trained.

  • Uniform dress code. 

  • Ideal for children who miss the September 1st cut-off for kindergarten.

Student to Teacher Ratio

- Our 10 students to 1 adult ratio ensures personal attention for each child.
