ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in Minnetonka Christian Academy. The admission process is made up of a series of steps that will help us get to know students who are considering MCA. We also encourage families to join us on campus for a variety of events throughout the year as that is the best way to learn about all of the wonderful opportunities we have to offer. We look forward to working with your family through the admission process!

Applying to Minnetonka Christian Academy is a simple process. The following list below outlines all the steps you need to complete the application process. Once you complete your application and submit your registration fee, please schedule an appointment with the business manager to fill out the tuition agreement form and financial assistance forms.

PRE-K 4       

Child must be potty trained       

Must be four-years-old by September 15 to enroll into Pre-K 4

 

KINDERGARTEN
        Child must be potty trained
        Must be five years old by September 15 to enroll
 

GRADES PRE-K - 10TH GRADE

Phase 1:
        Complete New Student Application for Admission (online)
        "Hold My Seat" fee ($150 by March 1, +$50 each month)

         (Please make check payable to Minnetonka Christian Academy or pay online)
        Early Childhood Screening results (for pre-k and kindergarten)
        Please complete screening through your local school district
        Request for Student Records (Grades 1-10)

 

Phase 2:

Fill out online application agreements form

Fill out online financial scholarship form (if applying for aid)

        All documents due before first day of school:

  • Doctor Health Examination form (for K, 5th & 7th grades) 

  •     Form to be completed by physician

  • Copy of Birth Certificate or proof of age

  • Copy of Immunization Records

  • Copy of Health Insurance card

Returning student

GRADES KINDERGARTEN - 10TH

Phase 1:
       Complete Re-enrollment Form (email info@minnetonkachristian.com for link)
       Pay "Hold My Seat" fee 

       $150/student if paid by March 1; $50 additional each month thereafter

        (Please make check payable to Minnetonka Christian Academy) or pay online

Phase 2:
       All documents due before first day of school:​

  • Doctor Health Examination form (for K, 5th & 7th grades) 

    Form to be completed by physician

  • Immunization Records (for Kindergarten, 5th and 7th grade) 

  • Updated Health Insurance card

All enrollment forms are due before the first day of school. Please note that the application and registration fee needs to be submitted before your child can start class.
