The priority application deadline and lowest "save your seat" fee of $250 due date is February 1.

New Student Enrollment Process
Phase 1 - Application & Interview:

Complete New Student Application for Admission (linked above)

Schedule and attend personal education meeting with the principal

Submit Request for Student Records Form (Grades 1-12) OR Early Childhood Screening results (K)
Phase 2 - Financial Planning:

Pay "Save My Seat" fee - $250 by February 1, +$50 each month thereafter up to cap of $350 per student for new families. (Please make check payable to Minnetonka Christian Academy or pay online)

Fill out financial scholarship form (if applying for aid)
Phase 3 - Legal Documents:
Submit the following documents in paper/scanned form before the first day of school:

Doctor Health Examination form (for K, 5th & 7th grades) to be completed by physician

Copy of Birth Certificate or proof of age

Copy of Immunization Records

Copy of Health Insurance card

Academic Records from previous school(s)
